No. Our flat-fee pricing is all-inclusive. It covers consultation, site assessment, energy audit, LCCA analysis, report preparation, and submission guidance. There are no hourly charges, travel fees, or surprise costs. What we quote is what you pay.
What if my building size falls between the price tiers?
We use the tier that matches your building size. For example, a 60,000 sq ft building falls in the 50,000–75,000 sq ft range and would be priced at $10,000. We price based on your actual building size, so you pay exactly what applies to your property.
Can I get a discount for paying upfront?

Does the price include the Energy Trust incentive application?
